धारा 78A · Fees for interlocutory application

- Every interlocutory applications prescribed by the Government and filed before the authorities under this Act, specified below, other than those filed by officers empowered by Government, shall be accompanied by following fees, namely: -
| (a) Before the Deputy Commissioner (Appeals) | One hundred rupees |
| (b) Before the Deputy Commissioner | One hundred rupees |
| (c) Before the Commissioner or AppellateTribunal | Two hundred and fifty rupees |
