धारा 56A · Assessee to furnish details of acquisition and disposal of landed property

- Every person liable to pay tax and every person to whom a permanent account number has been allotted under this act, shall intimate in writing to the assessing authority the details of any landed property acquired or disposal of by him, within two months of such acquisition or disposal, as the case may be.
