धारा 38 · [Gahen, mortgage or hypothecation] [Substituted 'mortgages' vide H.P. Act No. 16 of 1987.] executed in favour and other assets of [Primary Agriculture and Rural Development Banks] [Substituted for 'Primary Land Development Bank' vide H.P. Act No. 16 of 1987.] to stand transferred to State Bank

- The [gahen created, mortgage or hypothecation executed or deemed to have been created or executed] [Substituted for the words 'mortgages executed' vide H.P. Act No. 16 of 1987.] in favour of and all other assets transferred [or deemed to have been transferred] [Added vide H.P. Act No. 16 of 1987.] to, [Primary Agriculture and Rural Development Bank] [Substituted for 'Primary Land Development Bank' vide H.P. Act No. 16 of 1987.] by the members thereof, shall with effect from the date of such [creation] [Ward 'creation' Added vide H.P. Act No. 16 of 1987.], execution or transfer, be deemed to have been transferred by such [Primary Agriculture and Rural Development Bank] [Substituted for 'Primary Land Development Bank' vide H.P. Act No. 16 of 1987.] to the State Bank.
