धारा 13 · Guarantee by State Government of principal and interest on debentures issued under section 9

- The principal of, and interest on, the debentures issued under section 9 [or bonds issued or loans raised under section 11-A to such a maximum amount as may be fixed by the Government from time to time] [Added vide H.P. Act No. 16 of 1987 w.e.f. 16-11-87.] shall carry the guarantee of State Government subject to such conditions as it may deem fit to impose.
