धारा 8A · [ Eligibility of balance amount of advance for house building. [Added by Haryana Notification No. GSR 84/HA 9/79/S.8/98 dated 31.7.1998.]

[Section 3]. - A member, who has drawn an advance of rupees three lacs for building a house and who has not furnished a completion certificate as required under rule 8, shall be eligible to draw the balance of rupees one lac for said purpose.] [See Haryana Government Gazette, Extra. dated 16.12.1980.
