धारा 15 · Application for motor-car advance

[Section 4]. - (1) A member shall make an application for motor car advance in Form VI in duplicate, to the Secretary.
(2)
On receipt of the application for the motor car advance, the Secretary shall, after satisfying himself that the application is complete in all respects and the member is eligible for the grant of the said advance, record a certificate in Form VII and forward the same to the Government.(3)
On receiving the application for a motor car advance, the administrative department shall refer the application to the Finance Department for getting the necessary funds for payment of the motor car advance earmarked [-] [See Legislature Supplement Part III dated 16.12.1980, P. 1311.]इस धारा पर आपका निजी नोट
