धारा 13 · Bar to legal proceeding

- No prosecution, suit, or other proceedings shall lie against the [State] [Substituted for the word 'Provincial' by the Adaptation of Laws Order, 1950.] Government or any Government Officer or other Authority vested with powers under this Act for anything in good faith done or intended to be done thereunder.
