धारा 10 · Appeal

- Within six weeks of the receipt of the notice under section 9, the borrower may appeal against the declaration of the Controlling Authority to the [State] [Substituted by Adaptation of Laws Order, 1950, for 'Provincial'.] Government, and the decision of the [State] [Substituted by Adaptation of Laws Order, 1950, for 'Provincial'.] Government, thereon shall be final.
