धारा 117A · [ Application of provisions of Section 65 of Gujarat Land Revenue Code, 1879. [Inserted by Gujarat Act No. 11 of 2014, dated 28.7.2014.]

- In respect of the land which is included in the scheme sanctioned under Section 65, the provisions of Section 65 of the Gujarat Land Revenue Code, 1879, in so far as obtaining the permission of the Collector for the use of the agricultural land into any non-agriculture purpose is concerned, shall be applicable as per general or specific orders of the State Government made in this behalf.]
