धारा 105 · Bar of legal proceedings

- No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the State Government, the appropriate authority or any public servant or person duly appointed or authorised under this Act, in respect of anything in good faith done or purporting to be done under the provisions of this Act or any rules or regulations made thereunder.
