धारा 9 · Protection and maintenance of the Agricultural Cattle

(1)
The acquired, usable, non-usable, disabled, old or diseased Agricultural cattle shall be kept in any institution which is established under any law for the time being in force for the purpose of their protection, management, breeding, treatment and nutrition. Such institutions shall submit the detail monthly report of the acquired Agricultural cattle to the concerned court in Form-7.(2)
Expense for maintenance shall be payable in accordance with Chhattisgarh Go-Seva Ayog Rules, 2005.इस धारा पर आपका निजी नोट
