धारा 43 · Written statement

- The Government pleader shall then return papers to the District Officer with his opinion, and if he considers that there is a good defence to the action, he shall draft the necessary written statement, and prepare a list of the documents which the District Officer will be required to produce in court to support his case in the form prescribed by Rule 472 at page 206 of the Civil Rules and Orders of the High Court, Appellate Side, Volume I. These papers he will send to the District Officer, with such observations on the case as he may consider necessary.
