धारा 136 · Section 136

The Government pleader is bound to advise a Government Officer consulting him on behalf of any public body over whose proceedings the officer has power of supervision or control on payment of a reasonable fee. In the case of a dispute the fee will be fixed by Legal Remembrancer.
