Section 13 · Leave and holidays. - Leave and holidays of the workmen shall be governed by the Factories Act, 1948 (63 of 1948), or any other Act applicable to the establishment subject to the condition that this will not affect the workmen's right to have better facilities in this regards under any award, contract, agreement, custom or usage
