Section 8 · All the sealed covers shall be opened and scrutinized by the Returning Officer on the next day of the last date of filing of nomination at 11:30 a.m. in the Bar Council Office and list of the candidates whose nomination will be found valid shall be placed on the Notice Board immediately after the scrutiny
