Section 3 · The Bar Council shall after its being constituted in its first meeting or as soon as possible thereafter every one year elect a Chairman and a Vice-Chairman from amongst its members:

Provided that whenever the general election of council is due or likely to be due there is no need of electing new Chairman/Vice-Chairman/Committees for an extended term.
