Section 88 · Contents of draft licence

- The draft licence shall contain the following particulars :
(a)
A short title descriptive of the proposed utility together with the address and description of the applicant and if the applicant is a company, the names of all the directors of the company;(b)
Type of licence applied for;(c)
Locations of the proposed service area;(d)
A description of the proposed area; and(e)
