As and when the petition and all necessary' documents are lodged and the defects and objections, if any, are removed and the petition has been scrutinized and numbered, the petition shall within a period of ten (10) days be put up before the Commission for admission. Provided, the petitions seeking interim relief shall be within three (3) working days put up before the Commission.
