Section 29 · Inclusion of transliteration or translation instead of a copy in paper-book. - The Chief Justice may from time to time issue directions as to the manner in which and the conditions according to which transliteration or translation of any paper on the record of a case may be prepared for inclusion in the paper-book instead of a copy as required by these Rules
