Gazette, Part II, dated 27th October, 1984.] meeting or a meeting of the Administrative Committee the decision shall be in accordance with the opinion of the majority of the Judges present, and in case the Judges present be equally divided, the Chief Justice or in his absence the Senior Judge present shall have a casting vote
