Section 2 · Short title and commencement

- These Rules may be cited as Rules of Court, 1952 and shall come into force on the fifteenth day of September, 1952. They shall apply to proceedings and matters in the High Court commenced on, or subsequent to, that date and, so far as may be, also to proceedings and matters pending on that date.
