Section 5 · Right of entry

- Any officer appointed under section 19 may enter on any land or water within the notified area and take such action as may be necessary in order to ascertain,-

(a)

whether any insect pest, plant disease or noxious weed is there present; and

(b)

whether the prescribed remedial or preventive measures or both, as the case may require, have been taken.
