- The State Government may by notification [XXX] [Omitted by Act No.9 of 1978.] delegate all or any of their powers under this Act except those conferred by [section 21] [Substituted by Act No.9 of 1978.] to the Director of Agriculture or any other officer or to any local authority or the president or chairman of any local authority.
