Section 15A · [ Penalty for obstructing inspecting officer. [Inserted by Act No.9 of 1978.]

- whoever voluntarily obstructs any inspecting officer in the discharge of his functions imposed by or under this Act shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to three months or with fine which may extend to fifty rupees or with both.]
