Section 40 · Appeal

(1)
If the managing committee is aggrieved the order of refusal made by the Director of Education under sub-rule (2) of Rule 39, it may prefer an appeal to the State Government within 90 days of the date of receipt of such order.(2)
An employee aggrieved from an order of the managing Committee made under sub-rule (2) of Rule 39 may prefer an appeal to the State Government within 90 days of the date of receipt of such order.Your private note on this section
