Section 51 · Order of the Commission

(1)
Upon hearing the Transmission or the Distribution Licensee and holding public hearings and upon making such other inquiry as the Commission considers to be appropriate, the Commission shall make an order and notify to the Transmission or the Distribution Licensee of its decision on the revenue calculations and tariff proposals.(2)
The Commission shall, within seven days of the order, forward a copy of the order to the State Government, the Central Electricity Authority and the concerned licensees.Your private note on this section
