(1)
The Commission shall hold a proceeding on the revenue calculations and tariff proposals given by the Transmission or the Distribution Licensee and shall hold public hearings to decide on such revenue calculations and tariff proposals.(2)
The procedure for hearings on the revenue calculations and tariff proposals of the Transmission or the Distribution Licensee shall be in the manner laid down in these Regulations.Your private note on this section
