Section 31 · Publication of notice of application

(1)

The applicant shall, within seven days from the date of communication as mentioned in Regulation 30 above, publish a notice of the application in the form specified in Appendix 5 with such particulars and in such manner as the Commission may direct.

(2)

The publication shall be headed by a short title corresponding to that given in the application and shall give the addresses of the offices at which the application, documents, copies of maps therein referred to may be inspected and the copies of the same may be purchased and shall also state that any person, desirous of making a representation with reference to application to the Commission, may do so by letter addressed to such Officer as the Commission may designate in that behalf, within thirty days from the date of publication.
