Section 108 · Allowances to Chairman, Vice-Chairman and other members of Panchayat Samitis

(1)
The Chairman and Vice-Chairman of a Panchayat Samiti shall be entitled to such allowances as may be prescribed.(2)
Every member of a Panchayat Samiti (other than the Chairman and Vice- Chairman) shall be entitled to receive such sitting fee and other allowances, as may be prescribed.Your private note on this section
