Section 23 · No right shall accrue in a reserved forest except as provided herein

No right in or over a reserved forest shall acquire any right by succession or under a grant made or a contract in writing made by or on behalf of the Government or by any person in whom such right was vested at the time the notification under section 20 was issued.
