Section 3 · Journey by railway in India or outside India

- Every Member (including members of his family) shall be entitled to travel by any railway in India or outside India and the expenses incurred on such journey shall be reimbursed to the member on furnishing railway receipt/ticket in proof thereof :Provided that the total expenses incurred shall not exceed the amount of fifty thousand rupees per annum as provided under clause (a) of sub-section (1) of section 7 of the Act."
