Section 29 · Submission of claims of air fare

- The member shall refer his claim for reimbursement of air fare to the Secretary alongwith the original air ticket and the following certificate containing full particulars of the journey :-Certificate[Certified that I, ________ M.L.A./Shri/Shrimati (relation to be mentioned) ___________ travelled by air during the period from ________ to _____________ (insert dates), from _____________ to ____________ (insert places), and have spent Rs. ___________ (Rupees _______________) for purchasing the air ticket(s) No. __________ issued by _________ for the said journey.] [Substituted by Haryana Notification No. 83- 7A(Gnl)97/131 dated 21.7.1997.]
