Section 7 · Hunting of Wild Animals and Birds without licence prohibited

- No person shall hunt any wild animal or wild bird except under a licence granted under the provisions of this Act and in accordance with the conditions specified in such licence:Provided that no such licence shall be necessary to hunt any vermin.
