Section 16 · Declaration of certain animals and birds as vermins

- The Government of Goa, Daman and Diu may, by notification in the Official Gazette, declare any wild animal or wild bird, other than those specified in Schedule I to be vermin in any specified area and it shall not be necessary to hold a licence to hunt any such animal or bird in such area.
