Section 8 · Government pleader to return papers

- The Government pleader shall then return the papers with his opinion to the District Officer. If he is of opinion that the suit should be filed, he shall also forward with the papers a draft plaint with the list of documents required by Rule 14, Order VII, Civil Procedure Code, in the form prescribed by Rule 22 on page 87 of the General Rules and Circular Orders of the High Court, Appellate Side (Civil) Volume I. The plaint must be in half-margin and drawn up in strict accordance with Rules 1,2,4,5 and 6 of Order VII and Rule 3 of Order XLVIII of the Civil Procedure Code.
