यह परिभाषा अधिनियम की परिभाषा-धारा से ली गई है।

any settlement arrived at in the course of conciliation proceedings and includes any written agreement arrived at between an employer and a worker otherwise than in the course of conciliation proceedings where such agreement is signed by the parties there
