धारा 36 · Certain persons to be deemed to be public servants

The members of the Council, or every Board or Committee constituted under this Act, persons in the service of the Council and any person appointed under this Act to audit the accounts of the Council shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code.
