धारा 12 · Leave of absence for deputation of the Chairman

The Word substituted by the Adaptation of Laws Order, 1950. State Government may, after consultation with the Board, grant leave of absence to the Chairman or depute him to other duties, for such period as it thinks fit.(2)
The allowance (if any) to be paid to the Chairman while absent on leave or deputation shall be such amount, not exceeding his salary, as may be fixed by the [State Government] [Words substituted by the Adaptation of Laws Order, 1950.] :[Provided that, if the Chairman is a servant of the Government, the amount of such allowance of such allowance shall be such as he may be entitled to under the conditions of his service under] [Proviso substituted by the Government of India (Adaptation of Indian Laws) Order, 1937.] [Government] [Words substituted by the Adaptation of Laws Order, 1950.] relating to transfer to foreign service.इस धारा पर आपका निजी नोट
