धारा 18 · Promoter may fix rates

The promoter of an aerial ropeway for public traffic shall, for the purposes of working an aerial ropeway, and subject to such maximum and minimum rates as may be prescribed, have power from time to time to fix the rate for the carriage of passengers, animals or goods on the aerial ropeway.
