धारा 9 · Appointment of Commissioner of Payments

The State Government shall, for the purpose of disbursing the amounts payable under section 8, by notification, appoint a Commissioner of Payments.(2)
The salary and allowances of the Commissioner appointed under this section shall be defrayed out of the Consolidated Fund of the State.इस धारा पर आपका निजी नोट
