धारा 2 · Amendment of Section 3

- In Section 3 of the Uttarakhand (United Provinces Excise Act, 1910) (Adaptation and Modification Order, 2002) hereinafter referred to as the principal Act, in clause (12),

(a)

In sub-clause (i) for the words "Sidhi or Ganja" the words "or Sidhi" shall be substituted;

(b)

Sub-clause (ii) shall be omitted',

(c)

For clause (iv), the following clause shall be substituted, namely-

"(iv) any other intoxicating substance which the State Government may by notification declare to be an intoxicating drug;".
