धारा 4 · Responsibility of the owners of heritage buildings

- It shall be the duty of the owners/occupiers of heritage sites to carry out regular repairs and maintenance of the heritage sites at their own cost. The Government or the Authority or the local bodies shall not be responsible for such repair and maintenance except for the buildings owned by the Government, the Authority or the local bodies.
