(1)
In order to maintain the liquidity of the public sector banks and Regional Rural Banks a part of the claim amount will be disbursed in advance to them by the RBI/NABARD respectively as determined by them. Such payments would be made from out of the funds received by RBI/NABARD from Government of India.(2)
Subject to the payment made by the Government of India, the Reserve Bank/NABARD shall as soon as possible, but not later than three months from the date of receipt of the claims, complete the payment of the full amount to the bank in respect of the eligible loans after such scrutiny as it may wish to make.Adjustment of claims in proportion to the amount of loan availed of:इस धारा पर आपका निजी नोट
