धारा 4 · Operation, Audit etc., of the Victim Compensation Fund

(1)
The Victim Compensation Fund shall be applied in carrying out the purposes of the Scheme.(2)
The Victim Compensation Fund shall be operated by the Member Secretary, State Legal Services Authority.(3)
The State Legal Services Authority shall in respect of the Victim Compensation Fund be accountable for its functions, furnishing of periodical returns to the Government.(4)
The accounts etc. of the Victim Compensation Fund shall be got audited every year and a report shall be sent to the Government.इस धारा पर आपका निजी नोट
