TCOSM Act 2

धारा 2 · Definitions

- In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,-

(a)

'Co-operative Societies Act' means the [Telangana] [Adapted by G.O.Ms.No.53, Agriculture and Co-operation (Co-op.II) Department, dated 20.05.2016.] Co-operative Societies Act, 1964; (Act 7 of 1964).

(b)

'Co-operative Spinning Mills' means a Co-operative Spinning Mill registered or deemed to be registered under the [Telangana] [Adapted by G.O.Ms.No.53, Agriculture and Co-operation (Co-op.II) Department, dated 20.05.2016.] Co-operative Societies Act, 1964;(Act 7 of 1964).

(c)

'Government' means the State Government of [Telangana] [Substituted by G.O.Ms.No.45, Law (F) Department, dated 01.06.2016.];

(d)

'notification' means a notification published in the [Telangana] [Substituted by G.O.Ms.No.45, Law (F) Department, dated 01.06.2016.] Gazette; and the word 'notified' shall be construed accordingly;

(e)

'Relief Undertakings Act' means the [Telangana] [Adapted by G.O.Ms.No.45, Law (F) Department, dated 01.06.2016.] Relief Undertakings (Special Provisions) Act, 1971; (Act 19 of 1971).

(f)

'Schedule' means a Schedule appended to this Act;

(g)

'State Federation of Co-operative Spinning Mills' means the Telangana State Federation of Co-operative Spinning Mills registered or deemed to be registered under Co-operative Societies Act;

(h)

all words and expressions used in this Act and not defined but defined in the [Telangana] [Adapted by G.O.Ms.No.53, Agriculture and Co-operation (Co-op.II) Department, dated 20.05.2016.] Co-operative Societies Act, 1964,(Act 7 of 1964). shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in that Act.
