धारा 18 · All development powers of land to vest with Metropolitan Development Authority

(1)
Notwithstanding anything contained in any other law, all development powers of land shall vest in Metropolitan Development Authority.(2)
After the coming into operation of the Metropolitan Development and Investment Plan, or any area development plan in an area, no person or body shall use or be permitted to use any land or carry out any development in that area unless the development is in conformity with the Metropolitan Development Plan and Metropolitan Investment Plan, area level development plans and notified schemes.इस धारा पर आपका निजी नोट
