धारा 3 · Punishment for committing violence

- Any person either by himself or as a member or as a leader of a group of persons or organization, commits or attempts to commit or abets or incites the commission of any act of violence shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which shall not be less than three years but which may extend to ten years and with fine.

जुर्माना: जुर्माना — कोई विधिक सीमा नहीं, न्यायालय तय करेगा
संज्ञेय: संज्ञेय
जमानतीय: अजमानतीय
समझौता योग्य: समझौता योग्य नहीं
विचारण न्यायालय: सत्र न्यायालय

संज्ञेय — पुलिस बिना वारंट गिरफ़्तार कर सकती है
अजमानतीय — जमानत न्यायालय के विवेक पर है
