- In the Payment of Wages Act, 1936 (Central Act 4 of 1936), in its application to the State of Rajasthan, in Section 15, in sub- section (1), after the expression "stipendiary Magistrate", the expression "or a Vikas Ad-hikari appointed under the Rajasthan Panchayat Samitis And Zila Parishads Act, 1959 (Rajasthan Act 37 of 1959)" shall be inserted.
