In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires, -(a)
"Act" shall mean the Electricity Act, 2003.(b)
"Appointing Authority" shall mean Commission in respect of posts specified in Part I of Appendix A and Secretary in respect of posts specified in Part II of Appendix A.(d)
"Commission" shall mean the Rajasthan Electricity Regulatory Commission.(2)
Words or expressions occurring in these regulations and not defined herein above, shall bear the same meaning as in the Act.इस धारा पर आपका निजी नोट
