धारा 9 · Voting

(1)

The voting shall be held by secret ballot under the supervision of the Returning Officer.

(2)

The employer shall be responsible for making necessary arrangements in connection with election as the Returning Officer may direct and he shall comply with such directions.Chapter-III Method of conducting secret ballot
